The Sitefinity Team posted an official announcement to the Sitefinity Forums. Here are the release notes:
Sitefinity 3.6 Service Pack 1 is now available for immediate download from your Client.Net accounts! It includes many fixes and improvements in various sections of the CMS.

Content View Based Controls (ContentView, NewsView, BlogPost, EventsView)

Known Issues
Images and Documents Module
- [33419] Thumbnails for files in video libraries are not supported under
Medium Trust;
- Images & Documents module does not work with localization enabled;
- Uploading a zip with more than 250 files hangs the RadUploader. The files are actually uploaded;
Other
- [29686] Filter Expresion" property is not implemented for CategoryTree control ;
- [30926] When wildcard mapping is enabled on IIS 5.1 the Generic Content modules (Generic Content, News etc.) are not working with;
Administration> Users> Profile
- The picture is not shown immediately after saving changes in profile;
- Update to the profile the picture is lost;
The Upgrade Instructions are unchanged.
