Sitefinity.com Redesigned and Relaunched

This one even caught me by surprise.  I knew it was in the works, but I didn’t expect it so soon.

This morning I noticed a Tweet by Senior Sitefinity Developer Ivan Osmak announcing that the new Sitefinity.com was up & running.  Click here to see the new Sitefinity.com:

Subpages on the new Sitefinity.com Website

The new version of Sitefinity.com uses the latest version of Sitefinity ASP.NET CMS.  It also includes several enhancements that were made for Telerik.com (also running on Sitefinity).

In addition, Sitefinity.com now features a new Business Users page.  We wanted to make it clear that Sitefinity has tons of features for non-developers, as well as developers

Be sure to check out:

  • Features – it’s easy to forget how many features Sitefinity includes
  • Showcase – see real-world examples of Sitefinity-powered web sites
  • Support – videos, blogs, articles, documentation, etc, etc, etc
  • Forums – we now have brand new forums
  • Business Users – Sitefinity doesn’t just have a good developer story

For bonus points; can you name the people on the business users page?

Well, you were not the only one who was surprised:) Until a couple of days ago I was thinking that we'd be launching the site in July. Guess how much I was surprised when I saw the almost final site on Friday. Kudos to everyone involved - all people on the project put a lot of effort but I think the end result rocks.

Fantastic job, the site looks very professional.

When you say its running the latest version of Sitefinity is that 3.6 SP2 or the next version to be released soon? Any news on the new version / next release?
